Walking Toward a Cure
You can help the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA) fulfill our mission and meet our goals by participating in one of our nationwide fundraising walks.
“Take Steps, Be Heard for Crohn’s & Colitis” is also CCFA’s largest fundraising event which raises awareness for the more than 1.4 million American adults and children affected by digestive diseases like Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis—that’s one out of every 200 people!
The funds you raise through Take Steps will help support patient programs, enhances professional education efforts, and propels critical research for cures. In the past four years, we succeeded in bringing together over 100,000 people and raised close to $32 million to help further our mission
Fort Lauderdale, Take Steps to Find Cures
The 2014 Fort Lauderdale Take Steps Walk is almost here! Saturday, April 5th at Huizenga Plaza in Downtown Fort Lauderdale 9:00am – 11:00am
May 2013 Team South Broward Endoscopy participated in the annual Crohn’s & Colitis Takes Steps walk at Young Circle Hollywood. The walk helps raise public awareness and money for research to find a cure for those afflicted with colitis and crohn’s disease.
Once again South Broward Endoscopy is participating in Modern Healthcare Magazine’s 2013 “Best Places to Work in Healthcare” contest. Healthcare facilities from all over the United States compete. Winners are chosen based on employee survey responses and a lengthy questionnaire. Winners will be announced in October. Wish us luck!
